Haines, however, hainess not done pulling huge surprises out of her hat. I do think a lot of people will like this book, as the world was easy to slip into, deceivwd writing easy to follow, and the world was actually pretty cool. I love the direction this series has taken, and really can’t wait until the next book! While not as romantic as being alone, it does give her chance to get to know the pack and see Chaz around them.
Unfortunately Shia does what she does best: Call of the Wilde. Shiarra seems to finally be settling in with the idea of being with Chaz and becoming part of the pack in a legal sense by signing a contract.
The writing and world building are both just excellent if not even better as in the first books and I love how Jesw manages to expand on her world in a natural, believable way. Tainted Night, Tainted Blood. Royce does something so amazing that I have to shake my head in shame at all the doubts I’ve had about him. On the other hand, there’s a character that is mentioned throughout the book and that makes an appearance at the end, the vampire Alec Royce, who just steals every single little scene where he appears in the book.

I have to say view spoiler [ I was incredibly disappointed in Chaz. Demon Hunting in Dixie. She has spunk and I enjoyed that with Shiarra. Legit, she’s an investigator, a PI, it should be like in their blood wanting to find out what is going on and why literally every person is coming out of the woodwork.
Shia could very possibly turn into dfceived werewolf the next full moon. I have to say I deceivd that surprised because I haven’t liked Deceibed from the beginning.

You will love Alec Royce, the most powerful vampire in the city with looks that kill and an agenda that only he knows.
Also, Shiarra is threatened by a vigilante hunters group to join them in deceiver the supernaturals or die. Then, confusing, threatening notes start deceuved inside their cabin.
This book does not provoke much emotion for me. I don’t like Chaz. This may be because I’m used to novels and characters that are more predictable, though you usually get some type of “feeling” about a character that has you wondering how much you really know about them.
